Alex Johnson's Boot Camp
Vertical Endeavors–Twin Cities Bouldering
Come train with professional climber Alex Johnson in a small group setting as she leads participants in utilizing hangboards, the system wall, campus board, free weights, TRX, hanging rings, and other climbing-centric training apparatuses at increasing degrees of difficulty over the course of this 6-Week Bootcamp. Classes will be held at Vertical Endeavors–Twin Cities Bouldering.
Prerequisites: In order to get the most out of the exercises and equipment used in this bootcamp, without a heightened risk for injury, participants should ideally be able to do a minimum of 3 pull-ups, be climbing at least at a V2-V3 level consistently, and have been climbing for 6 months or longer.
