At VE–Twin Cities Bouldering, we’ve designed a Yoga & Fitness Program that offers you a variety of daily classes focused on improving your strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re looking for pre-climb or post-climb classes with your community, or if you’re in need of a restorative practice on your rest days, we’ve got you covered day in and day out.

In addition to our weekly group fitness classes, we offer a variety of workshops and series. Our workshops and series will dive deep into specific content, and work collaboratively with our local community and other small businesses. Intro Aerial Yoga

Instructor: Beth Onward | Aerial Yoga and Rock Climbing go hand in hand. In this introductory workshop, you’ll build on your ability to trust your body and refine your intuition. Aerial Yoga uses the silk aerial hammocks as props with which to partially or fully suspend your body. This context allows for a deeply supportive practice that utilizes the force of gravity to our advantage. Learn More

Deep Rest & Thai Yoga Massage

Instructor: Emily Rose | In this specialty workshop offering, you’ll be given an opportunity to dive into a pronounced state of deep rest and relaxation. Over the course of 90 minutes, you’ll receive Thai Yoga Massage hands-on assists infused with essential oils, alongside breathwork and meditation guidance. Learn More

Movement On The Go! 

Being in the outdoors and working with our local community is a huge part of who we are. Movement On The Go aims to bring our yoga classes beyond the walls of VE by partnering with local business and the surrounding cities. Movement On The Go features fun yoga and fitness events such as Yoga in the Park, Yoga and a Pint, and more!

Reset Sunday at Dual Citizen Brewing

Join us each week for ‘Reset Sunday’ at 6pm at the taproom (we'll be practicing outside on the patio, weather permitting!) for a slow and soothing 60 minute practice, which will include mellow and accessible low to the ground movement, breathwork, relaxing stretches and restorative poses. For just $15, you’ll grab yourself a thoughtfully constructed all-levels class, along with a pint of beer, kombucha, root beer, or cold brew coffee of your choosing. 

Free Community Classes At Angry Catfish

We’re joining forces with Angry Catfish Bicycle and Coffee this Summer, offering weekly community Movement and Mobility Classes! Join us every Monday from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Angry Catfish (4208 S 28th Ave, Minneapolis). This free event runs through the months of June, July, and August.

Free Summer Classes At St. Paul Parks

In collaboration with St. Paul Parks and Recreation, join us for 3 FREE classes every week of summer. Every Sunday morning at 10:30am, Wednesday evening at 7:45pm, and Thursday morning at 6:30am there will be FREE outdoor yoga and fitness classes rotating between Hampden and Langford Parks in St. Paul.
