YOGA & Fitness
At VE–Twin Cities Bouldering, we’ve designed a Yoga & Fitness Program that offers you a variety of daily classes focused on improving your strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re looking for pre-climb or post-climb classes with your community, or if you’re in need of a restorative practice on your rest days, we’ve got you covered day in and day out.
Price: VE Members - Free | Nonmembers - $20 Day Pass* or 10-Visit Pass Entry.
*Day Pass also includes access to climbing and fitness area.

With an updated and contemporary approach to the practice of Vinyasa Yoga Asana (postures), our Yoga Flow format’s been developed with a foundation based in modern biomechanics and exercise science. You can expect to link breath with movement, build warmth and awareness in your body, and refine your own personalized mindfulness practice, while exploring some of the “why” behind the poses. Each class is curated specifically for those present in the space, creating an approachable and accessible dynamic amongst complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All levels welcome, no experience required. (Mat required)
An excellent counterbalance to the physical and mental intensity of climbing, our Recover class offers space to mellow out and down-regulate your nervous system. You’ll explore passive stretching, restorative shapes, three-dimensional breathing, and simple meditation techniques within a warm and relaxing environment. All levels welcome, no experience required. (Mat required)
MOVEMENT & MOBILITY
Our Movement & Mobility format is a hybrid practice that incorporates various forms of movement. Utilizing methodology inspired by the likes of Ido Portal, Fighting Monkey, MovNat, and Functional Range Conditioning (no idea what any of that is? Don’t worry, we’ll explain it to you!), you’ll find yourself immersed in an interactive community experience that encourages group exploration. You can expect to spend time both on and off of your mat, frequently working directly with others in class. Active mobility work, natural movement patterns, and an emphasis on play are the foundational pillars of this unique class offering. All levels welcome, no experience required. (Mat required)
An integrated and intelligent approach to building power, stability, and agility, our Strength class is perfect as a pre-climb warm-up, a post-climb finisher, or as a stand-alone training session. You’ll become familiar with a variety of versatile full body movement patterns, along with detailed training methods that make use of equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands, plyo-boxes, and TRX straps. All levels welcome, no experience required. (No mat required)
WORKSHOPS & Series
In addition to our weekly group fitness classes, we offer a variety of workshops and series. Our workshops and series will dive deep into specific content, and work collaboratively with our local community and other small businesses. We are constantly adding new workshops and series, so continue to check our calendar and or follow us on Facebook to stay up-to-date.
