At VE–Twin Cities Bouldering, VE–Minneapolis, & VE-Glendale Heights we’ve designed a Yoga & Fitness Program that offers you a variety of daily classes focused on improving your strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re looking for pre-climb or post-climb classes with your community, or if you’re in need of a restorative practice on your rest days, we’ve got you covered.

GROUP CLASSES

WORKSHOPS & Series

In addition to our weekly group fitness classes, we offer a variety of workshops and series. Our workshops and series will dive deep into specific content, and work collaboratively with our local community and other small businesses. We are constantly adding new workshops and series, so continue to check our calendar and or follow us on Facebook to stay up-to-date. Prices for our workshops and series vary.

RECOVER SERIES

Instructor: Tiffany J. | A mashup up of myofascial release, mobility drills, breathing, mindfulness, and passive/active stretching, these workshops help to hydrate your tissues, increase circulation, ease soreness, and build a greater mind-body connection.
These workshops are ideal for anyone wanting to learn about their body, working on a specific injury/range of motion limitation or looking to bulletproof their body for injury prevention. Space is limited. Sign up here.

Intro To Aerial Yoga

Instructor: Beth O. | A prerequisite to Aerial Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Rock Climbing go hand in hand. In this introductory workshop, you’ll build on your ability to trust your body, and refine your intuition. Aerial Yoga uses the silk aerial hammocks as props to suspend your body partially or fully. This context allows for a deeply supportive practice that utilizes the force of gravity to our advantage. Inversions are incredibly accessible with the aerial hammock, which then facilitates space for the soft tissues and wide ranging systems of your body to unravel, realign, and steady.

In a safe and welcoming environment, learn how to invert, maneuver, balance, stretch and have fun in the silks! You’ll learn proper modifications and propping techniques for your personal comfort and ability level and elevate your yoga practice in a new and invigorating way. This class is most accessible to those with a general understanding of basic yoga poses; please consider attending at least one of our regular daily.  Sign up here.

Aerial Yoga

Instructor: Beth O. | Unnata Aerial Yoga® is an opportunity to elevate your practice… literally! (Unnata is Sanskrit for elevated) Yoga poses (asana) performed in a fabric hammock are balanced with poses on the mat to create a balanced practice that will deepen awareness on many levels, massage the fascia, decompress the spine, and bring a new dimension to your asana practice. STRENGTH & FITNESS

Strength

Instructor: Andy G. | An integrated and intelligent approach to building power, stability, and agility, our Strength class is perfect as a pre-climb warm-up, a post-climb finisher, or as a stand-alone training session. You’ll become familiar with a variety of versatile full body movement patterns, that can include bodyweight exercises, circuit training, and other methods. All levels welcome, no experience required. (No mat required.) Available for sign up at TCB 

Movement & Mobility

This format incorporates various methods of movement where you’ll find yourself immersed in an interactive experience that encourages exploration of the mind/body connection. Active mobility work, coordination, natural movement patterns, and an emphasis on play are the foundational pillars of this unique offering. (No mat required.) Available for sign up at TCB.

Circuit Training

HIIT circuit training promotes endurance and strength through a combination of weight training, plyometric movement, training the body to maximize active recovery rest periods, increase aerobic capacity, and work through explosive movements to delay muscular fatigue in sport. Now Available at VEG & VETCB.

Sculpt

With an emphasis on building both mental and physical strength and endurance, our Sculpt format offers an opportunity to move, sweat, and explore the relationship between resilience and empowerment. Utilizing hand weights alongside creative and intelligent sequencing, you can expect to move mindfully and energetically with the help of a motivational playlist and support from your fellow sculptors. CLASS INFORMATION

  • Waiver and COVID-19 Related Assumption of Risk statement must be signed by participant.
  • Check in with our staff at the front desk before class.
  • Bring a mat! If you do not have a mat, you can rent one.
  • Masks are optional for those who are fully vaccinated. For those who are not fully vaccinated, masks are still required in common areas of the facility, as well as yoga & fitness areas.
  • Create community, but keep your distance. Please adhere to social distancing requirements. Mat space is marked in the studio in accordance to this!
  • Arrive on time. Those who arrive late will not be permitted into class, to keep our instructors & participants safe. Please arrive 15 minutes early and allowing extra time if you need to fill out a waiver, have questions about membership, or need a facility orientation.

RESERVATION ONLY

All classes are by reservation only. Please book your spot in advance. Everyone must check-in at the front counter with a member of VE staff, there will be no self-scan-in. Every Member, Customer, and Guest in the Facility must sign a New Waiver and COVID-19-Related Assumption of Risk Statement. Access the waiver here and fill it out ahead of time.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for class to check-in at the front desk. No late arrivals will be allowed once class has started. 

Non-registered or walk up participants will be granted access to class if not at capacity. Walk-ups can be granted access up to 15 minutes before the start of class, so be sure to arrive early!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 2 hour cancellation window for all classes on the schedule. If you cancel your spot within 2 hours of the start time, you will not receive a refund of your booking fee, or punch pass. Members will be charged a $10 no show fee. Outside of the 2 hour window, you can relocate or cancel your booking free of charge. You can cancel by calling the facility. Reminder: Any fees owned or past due must be paid before facility access is granted. 

  • If no one is registered for class. It will be cancelled the day before the scheduled class.  Registration for classse opens two weeks ahead of time.
