Yoga & Fitness at Glendale Heights

At VE–Glendale Heights, we’ve designed a Yoga & Fitness Program that offers you a variety of daily classes focused on improving your strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re looking for pre-climb or post-climb classes with your community, or if you’re in need of a restorative practice on your rest days, we’ve got you covered day in and day out.

WORKSHOPS & Series

In addition to our weekly group fitness classes, we offer a variety of workshops and series. Our workshops and series will dive deep into specific content, and work collaboratively with our local community and other small businesses. We are constantly adding new workshops and series, so continue to check our calendar and or to stay up-to-date.

CLIMBING FINGER INJURY PREVENTION

June 24th 11 AM - 12 PM

Instructor: Lillian | Special Guest: James Lee

This interactive workshop will provide climbers with insight on finger injuries that commonly occur when climbing. Topics will include types of injuries that can happen, what you can do after getting hurt, and how to prevent it. This class will be led by two licensed physical therapists. This workshop provides a great opportunity to learn ways to care for your fingers/hands/wrist, in order to maximize your climbing potential.
