Yoga & Fitness at Bloomington

At VE–Bloomington, we’ve designed a Yoga & Fitness Program that offers you a variety of daily classes focused on improving your strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Whether you’re looking for pre-climb or post-climb classes with your community, or if you’re in need of a restorative practice on your rest days, we’ve got you covered day in and day out.


In addition to our weekly group fitness classes, we offer a variety of workshops and series. Our workshops and series will dive deep into specific content, and work collaboratively with our local community and other small businesses. We are constantly adding new workshops and series, so continue to check our calendar and or follow us on Facebook to stay up-to-date.

Prices for our workshops and series varies. Member discounts are provided.


Never taken a yoga class? Interested in yoga but feel intimidated in class? Or maybe you're just starting and looking to learn and understand the terminology? This class is the perfect introduction! We will break down and work on breathing, poses and their names, and modifications to fit what your body is most comfortable with. Class will involve a lot of stop and go and opportunities to ask questions throughout. Please bring a mat or rent one at the front desk.
