May 2nd - 6th: Various wall closures in the main room for routesetting for the competition.
May 7th - 8th: Entire facility closed for climbing for the general public.

Tentative schedule of events.
Onsight format: 2 Routes, 5 min. climbing, 5 min. rest, 1 min. transition.
Climbers are NOT allowed to enter the gym prior to their isolation (ISO) check-in time.
NOTE: Coaches, if you leave ISO after the morning Session you will NOT be allowed to re-enter ISO for the afternoon!
DAY ONE: May 7th
7:15 AM: Volunteer Check in for Morning Session
7:30 AM: ISO Check-in Opens (MJR, FYA, FYB, MYC + USAC Level 2 Certified Coaches)
8:30 AM: ISO Check-in Closes (MJR, FYA, FYB, MYC + USAC Level 2 Certified Coaches) *competitors not checked in to ISO will not compete*
9:00 AM: CLIMBING BEGINS MJR, FYA, FYB, MYC
10:45 AM: Volunteer Check in for Afternoon Session
11:00 AM: ISO Check-in Opens (FJR, MYA, MYB, FYC)
11:45 AM: Climbing Ends Morning Session
12:00 PM: ISO Check-in Closes (FJR, MYA, MYB, FYC) *competitors not checked in to ISO will not compete*
12:30 PM: CLIMBING BEGINS (FJR, MYA, MYB, FYC)
3:15 PM: Climbing Ends Afternoon Session

Top 12 in each category advance to Sunday Finals!

Parking Information:
VOLUNTEERS WANTED
WE NEED BELAYERS, JUDGES, ISO MONITORS AND RUNNERS, SCORE CARD RUNNERS + GENERAL VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH CHECK-IN, SET UP AND TEAR DOWN.
Volunteers will receive an event T-Shirt (while supplies last), Free Day Pass, and a Coupon for 30% off a Pro Shop Purchase.
All volunteers must have a current Facility Waiver on file. Belayers must have the appropriate Top Rope / Lead Belay Qualification at Vertical Endeavors prior to the competition.
