Job Description:

In this position, the ideal candidate must be organized, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, driven and have experience in payroll processing, office manager duties, general sales processing and customer shipping.

Responsibilities:

General Office Manager responsibilities

Opening the business office

Greeting customers, assisting vendors and freight driver

Responsible for ordering rock climbing equipment and monthly inventory reconciliation.

Processing payrolls with our payroll partner, including setting up new hire benefits.

Enter and track product and service orders: take responsibility for accuracy, processing, and delivery of the orders.

Providing excellent customer service through answering phone calls, responding to emails, and web inquiries.

Assist customers in resolving product and service ordering, questions.

Wages/Pay

Position is: Full-Time Salary- Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm (in office position)

Pay level will be determined by level of experience and employee qualifications

Qualifications:

Dynamic personable, motivated, driven, professional, and articulate

High School, College Degree (Associate Degree preferred), or equivalent

3 or more years of General Office Work

3 or more years of payroll processing

Deadline driven

Type a minimum of 50 words per minute

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, 10 Key, Outlook and web applications

Experience with Sage (PeachTree) accounting software (preferred)

Rock Climbing Experience preferred
