Full Time Group Sales + Programs Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a healthy relationship with existing customers
  • Establish new relationships through cold calls, e-mailers, social media, and expos
  • Communicate with Facility Managers and the Marketing Department to create and maintain signage and other promotional material
  • Prepare monthly, weekly and daily programs analysis
  • Facilitate a variety of group climbing events and workshops ranging from birthday parties to technical clinics
  • Train and evaluate staff on program facilitation and expectations
  • Maintain a database of customer contacts
  • Monitor promotional and marketing materials to determine return on investment
  • Assist with daily front counter operations as necessary
  • Identify potential customers and their needs through new programs and outreach
  • Attend expos to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies

Experience and Qualifications

  • Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Display sound judgment and preserve confidentiality
  • Lead and manage staff in a constructive manner; act as liaison between departments
  • Able to work both in a team setting and be self-sufficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years sales experience and training in phone sales preferred
  • 2+ years Climbing experience preferred
  • 1 year experience working with youth and large groups preferred


  • 39-40 Hours per week
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Must display professionalism and integrity
  • Must provide current driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Available to work special events, competitions, sales events, etc.
