We'll discuss the benefits and effects of training the muscles that aren't typically used during climbing. Finally, we'll talk about nutrition for pre/during/post climb sessions. FLOREIO: CAPOEIRA FLOW | Sunday, March 22nd | 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Floreio (translated to “flower” or “flourish” in Portugese), is a sub-art of Capoeira, featuring both ground based movements and acrobatic elements. In Floreio we will learn simple moves in isolation and then put them together to create sequenced and eventually improvised flows. Join us for this unique 60 minute Floreio pop-up class, where you'll learning the basics of this unique movement practice.
