Members have the option to pay per yoga session OR reinstate their memberships. Members who want to reinstate their membership must sign a Membership Re-Institution Acknowledgement Form, understanding they will not have full access to the facilities, as this does devalue memberships. Members will still pay $5 to reserve a space but will be refunded when they check-in. If a member does not show for their reserved yoga session, they will be charged the $5.

Each instructor brings their own perspective, influence, and background to these classes. Mats are required.
Open Flow: With an updated and contemporary approach to the practice of vinyasa yoga, our Open Flow format’s been developed with a foundation based in modern biomechanics and exercise science, while embracing some of the more traditional elements in the yoga asana practice. You can expect to link breath with movement, build warmth and awareness in your body, and refine your own personalized mindfulness practice. Sign up here.
Movement Flow: This format incorporates various methods of movement where you’ll find yourself immersed in an interactive experience that encourages exploration of the mind/body connection. Active mobility work, coordination, natural movement patterns, and an emphasis on play are the foundational pillars of this unique offering. Sign up here.
Kettlebell Strength: An integrated and intelligent approach to building power, stability, and agility, our Strength class is perfect as a pre-climb warm-up, a post-climb finisher, or as a stand-alone training session. You’ll become familiar with a variety of versatile full body movement patterns, that can include bodyweight exercises, circuit training, and other methods. While this class is mostly bodyweight, you may also use kettlebells and bands. Sign up here.
Inversions: This is a hybrid practice that blends flow with strength and mobility training. We will incorporate skills, drills, flows, and various movement techniques to prepare for inversions or arm balances. We’ll challenge our balance, limits, and perspectives… all built on a firm foundation of where the body is in space (proprioception). An inversion practice is not required in order to participate, but students should be able to bear weight into the wrists and shoulders. Sign up here.

- Mat required. In order to participate in class, you must bring your own mat.
- Mat space is marked by tape on the patio.
- Class is outdoors. Plan accordingly with your own equipment, sunscreen, water bottle, and sunglasses.
- No rental mats or yoga props. Please bring your own if you wish to have them.
- Our Strength class with utilize kettlebells that will be disinfected before and after each class. All other classes will not use any equipment or props. Feel free to bring your own!
- Instructors will stay on their mat for the duration of class. We are not offering hands-on adjustments/assists.
- Maintain 6 feet of distance between individuals inside the gym and participants in class.
- Masks are required while in the facility and to/from your mat space on the patio. They are recommended during outdoor class, but not required.
- We will notify you if class is cancelled in the event of weather.
All classes are by reservation only and have limited capacity. Please book your spot in advance. No cash or check transactions will be accepted at this time, cards only. Everyone must check-in at the front counter with an employee, there will be no self-scan-in. Upon entering the facility, everyone will have their temperature checked. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4° or higher will not be admitted to the facility. Everyone entering the facility will respond to a daily health screening questionnaire. Every Member, Customer, and Guest in the Facility must sign a New Waiver and COVID-19-Related Assumption of Risk Statement. Access the waiver here and fill it out ahead of time.
Members pay $5 deposit per reservation, which will be refunded upon arrival. If a member does not show for their reservation, they will not be refunded their deposit. Non-members will pay $10 class fee per reservation. Please note that registering for class does not give facility access – if you plan on climbing, please reserve a spot here.

Increased cleaning. There will be increased cleaning, disinfecting, and decontamination of facilities and equipment by both staff and patrons. We ask that climbers wash or sanitize their hands before and after each climb or belay. We ask that patrons using the fitness facilities wipe down any fitness equipment with disinfectant spray before and after use.
Personal responsibility. If you feel ill or have displayed any symptoms associated with COVID-19, you MUST stay home. COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Infected people have had a wide range of symptoms reported – from mild to severe. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) notes that people with the following symptoms may have COVID-19: Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever (100.4° or higher), chills or shaking with chills, muscle pain, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell. This is not an all-inclusive list; other less common symptoms have been reported: headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette.
Social Distancing. Maintain a minimum of six feet of social distance between you and anyone who is not a member of your family or intimate social circle. Do not touch other people (no handshakes, no hugs, no high fives, etc.). Climbers and belayers should use a "non-contact" double check procedure and continue to maintain six feet of social distance.
Wear a mask. Wearing a mask or face covering is REQUIRED in indoor shared spaces and while climbing or exercising. Masks are also required when walking outdoors to/from your mat space on the patio. They are recommended during class, but not required. Everyone must provide their own mask. This is a state requirement. There will be no exceptions.
Wash, sanitize, or disinfect your hands often. Sanitizer and disinfectant will be placed throughout the facility.
All participants must sign our Liability Waiver and Rules Agreement.
