Membership Update Request

All Membership Changes, including Freezes and Cancellations, must be submitted by the 1st of the Month in order to be applied to that month’s billing.

This Membership Update Request Form is to be used for all Membership Changes, including Freezes, Cancellations, and Billing Information Updates. Freezes and Cancellations are available for current Month-to-Month E.F.T. Members and Climb Team and Club Members who are billed on an ongoing monthly basis ONLY. As per the Prepaid Yearly Membership Contract, freezes and early terminations/refunds are not available to members receiving a pricing discount via their purchase of a Prepaid Yearly Membership. Prepaid Yearly Members are, however, encouraged to use this form to update contact and address information.
