Frequently asked questions

Class Registration & Policies

As a VE member, all yoga & fitness classes are included with your membership.

Classes are intentionally sized (10-18 participants, dependent on class format & location) to give you space to move freely.

To help us maintain this intentional environment, we as three simple things:

 

  • Register ahead of time. Classes fill quickly, so reserve your spot in advance.
  • Cancel if you can't make it. This opens space for other. No-show & late-cancel fees apply.
  • Arrive on time. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins. For the comfort of everyone, late arrivals are not permitted, & your spot may be given to another participant once class starts.

 

Class Access Based On Membership Type

VE Members

  • Classes are included in your membership. Late cancellations (<2 hours) or no-shows incur a $10 fee.

10 Visit Punch Card Users

  • Each gym visit equals 1 punch. Use this to take a class (or two), climb, or use the gym. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the booking fee.

New to VE

  • You can start with a Day Pass, 10-Visit Pass, or Membership. Register online before attending & arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.

Required Registration

To maintain a thoughtful and intentional environment, all classes have a maximum capacity and often fill up quickly. Please register online or check with the front desk for availability in the class you wish to attend.
Tips for Online Registration
● Create an Online Profile: Setting up a profile allows you to manage registrations and cancellations easily via the website or the RGPro app. Without a profile, cancellations cannot be processed online or through the app.
● Use Your Waiver Name: Ensure the name you use for bookings matches the name on your waiver.
● Booking for Others: If registering for someone else, use their legal name and accurate date of birth. Note that you’ll be responsible for any no-show fees incurred.

CHECKING IN
Notify the front desk staff upon arrival for your class. At our Twin Cities locations, you’ll receive a token at check-in, which must be given to the instructor when attending class.

CANCELLATION + NO-SHOWS
Registered participants can cancel or move their registration to another class up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled class.

  • If you are a VE member and cancel less than 2 hours prior to class or do not show up for the class, you will be charged a $10 no show fee. (Any fees owed or past due must be paid before facility access is granted).
  • If you are a 10-visit punch pass user and cancel less than 2 hours prior to class or do not show up for the class, you will lose a punch on your pass.
  • If you are a non-member and cancel less than 2 hours prior to class or do not show up for the class, you will be charged the booking fee.

The two methods to cancel a reservation are by calling the facility before the 2-hour cancellation window logging into your account and cancelling the reservation or logging into your account and cancelling the reservation there. Cancellations that happen within the 2 hour window are considered late cancels, and you will be charged the $10 fee. Reservations cannot be cancelled via email.

SCHEDULE CHANGES & COMMUNICATION
If a class is canceled due to weather, illness, or other circumstances, registered participants will be notified via email. Ensure your email address is accurate when completing your registration to stay informed.

 

All classes are by reservation only. Please book your spot in advance.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for class to check in at the front desk. No late arrivals will be allowed once class has started.

Non-registered or walk-up participants will be granted access to class if not at capacity. Walk-ups can be granted access up to 15 minutes before the start of class, so be sure to arrive early!

We have a 2-hour cancellation window for all classes on the schedule. If you cancel your spot within 2 hours of the start time, you will not receive a refund of your booking fee, or punch pass. Members will be charged a $10 no-show fee. Outside of the 2-hour window, you can relocate or cancel your booking free of charge. You can cancel by calling the facility. Reminder: Any fees owed or past due must be paid before facility access is granted.

If no one is registered for a class, it will be canceled the day before the scheduled class.  Registration for class opens two weeks ahead of time.

ETIQUETTE + EXPECTATIONS

WHAT TO WEAR + BRING

Wear moveable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
Yoga classes are typically done barefoot.
For fitness classes, please bring close-toed shoes.

SHOES OFF IN STUDIO

Please take your shoes off (climbing shoes included) before entering the yoga studio.

MATS REQUIRED

All studio classes require a mat. Bring your own or rent one from the front counter.

COMMUNITY + CONVERSATION

Take a moment to connect with those around you! Once the instructor begins class, kindly end conversations and refrain from talking during class to ensure everyone can enjoy their experience.

PERSONAL HYGIENE + WELLNESS

Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances and be mindful of your personal hygiene + wellness.

USE OF TECHNOLOGY

We encourage you to unplug during class. Limit phone use before class begins and refrain from using devices (phones or watches) during the session. If personal circumstances require you to be reachable, please let the instructor know directly. We are happy to make accommodations for these instances.

RESPONSBILITY FOR YOURSELF

Inform the instructor prior to class if you have any injuries, limitations, or conditions you are working with, and maintain a thoughtful eye on yourself. Please note that instructors are not medical professionals; consult your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.

EARLY EXIT

If you need to leave early, notify the instructor before class starts. To minimize disruption, please exit before savasana (final rest).
