Our trainers design programs specifically for your health and fitness goals. They will work with you to achieve your personal goals and give you the tools and knowledge to continue your wellness journey independently. We offer personal training at VE–Twin Cities Bouldering and at VE–Bloomington.

Jordan Ginther

Jordan Ginther, owner of Be Well Fitness + Training, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She grew up playing soccer which led her to play at the collegiate level at Purdue University as a goalkeeper. After retiring from soccer and graduating with a Bachelors in Public Relations and Strategic Communication, she fell in love with climbing and started at Vertical Endeavors as a camp counselor while coaching premier and high school level boys soccer in Eagan. She now is the Head Coach of the team program at Bloomington and coaches at every level of team. As far as fitness goes, she has experience in Olympic Lifting for 8 years and CrossFit for 2 years. Her goal as a personal trainer is to give her clients the tools they need to heal and gain awareness of their bodies so that one day they will be able to continue their wellness journey independently.

Andy Gunsaullus

Partnering with Vertical Endeavors is the owner and head performance coach at MN Sports Performance, Andy Gunsaullus. Having been an athlete his entire life, he understands the commitment and work it takes to experience success. Andy played hockey, soccer, and golf growing up and came to MN to play hockey at Gustavus Adolphus College. After college he became a competitive rock climber, traveling the country competing and teaching. Along the way he developed a passion for endurance sports, and has competed every distance from 5k running races to Ironman Triathlon, eventually moving to longer and harder events such as 4-mile competitive open water swims and 100-mile ultra-trail running. And to top it all off, he has “dabbled” in power lifting! Andy currently coaches youth through Jr. A hockey and is a strength & conditioning coach at the college level for athletes from all sports.
