Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Sales
  • Risk Management, Safety and Floor Supervision
  • Group Facilitation
  • Customer Greeting and Check-in
  • Climber Orientations
  • Facility cleaning

Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to follow and enforce safety rules
  • Display good judgment
  • Self motivated with strong work ethic
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • 2 years Climbing experience preferred
  • Ability to work with children

Expectations

  • Minimum of 3 shifts per week
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Must display professionalism and integrity
