Full-Time Manager and Sales Position
Duties
- Lead by example, display initiative, display a sense of urgency and be result driven
- Goal setting and execution of those goals
- Opening and closing the facility
- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Direct, manage, and train staff
- Maintain company policies and procedures
- Establish timelines and completion dates
- Customer greeting and check-in
- Customer service and sales
- Floor supervision and sales
- Program facilitation and sales
- Lesson instruction and sales
- Facility cleanliness
- Daily facility tasks
Expectations
- 36-40 Hours per week
- Evenings and weekends required
- Minimum 2 years climbing experience preferred
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Dependability and punctuality required

Duties

- Program and development and administrative tasks
- Provide program training and supervision
- Provide program follow-up and feedback
- Lead experiential education groups and group experience
Expectations- Minimum 2 years climbing experience preferred
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Dependability and punctuality required

- 15-20 Hours per week between hours of 8-4 p.m.
