BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE

Bring your friends and climb on our wall for a fun, exciting and adventurous birthday that everyone will be sure to remember!

Dates fill up quickly, so please plan ahead. All parties must be scheduled AT LEAST two weeks in advance of your desired date. A $50, non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation.

RATES

Must pay for a minimum of 8 climbers

  • Weekdays $16 / per climber
  • Weekends $18 / per climber

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES

  • 2 hours of fun-filled climbing with instructor!
  • Invitations & stickers!
  • Climbing games with your friends and instructor!
  • Birthday person will receive a 'Happy Birthday' sign, balloons and a VE t-shirt!
  • Birthday person climbs for free with eight or more paying climbers!

PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS

  • Party Room - What's a birthday party without cake and ice cream? After 2 hours of climbing, continue the celebration in Vertical Endeavors' party room. Bring in cake, ice cream, decorations, etc. The party room accommodates approximately 15 people and includes tables, chairs, and refrigerator. ($25 per half hour)
  • VE Birthday Party T-Shirts are available for $8 per person
  • VE Water Bottles are available for $5 per person
  • VE T-Shirts are available to purchase for $16 per person

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Climbers should wear comfortable clothing (shorts, jeans, t-shirt, etc). Tennis shoes are recommended or climbing shoes may be rented for an additional $4 per pair.
  • We recommend one adult chaperone for every five climbers in the group (more chaperones are welcome).
  • Adult Chaperones will be actively involved throughout the event as spotters and working with Auto Belays. If you are not interested in being actively involved in the event, additional instructors can be on-hand for $50.00 per instructor.
  • Everyone entering the climbing area must complete a Vertical Endeavors Liability Waiver (climbers, chaperones and spectators). Please DOUBLE CHECK each waiver to make sure it is fully completed. Anyone without a fully completed waiver will not be allowed to enter the climbing area. Participants under the age of 18 must have the Liability Waiver completed by their parents or court appointed legal guardian.
